Essential Recommendations

Hydration

  • Drink water regularly in small quantities
  • Do not wait until thirsty to hydrate
  • Prefer fresh but not ice-cold water

Temperature Management

  • Avoid going outside during the hottest hours (11am-5pm)
  • Keep your home cool by closing windows and shutters during the day
  • Air out your home at night and before 9am

  • Wear light, loose, light-colored clothing
  • Consume light meals rich in water (fruits, vegetables)
